Join us on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at the historic Grove Park Inn in Asheville as we honor six extraordinary North Carolinians with the state’s highest civilian honor—the North Carolina Award.
For the first time, this prestigious event will be held in western North Carolina. The evening will feature special performances, exclusive experiences, and a powerful celebration of resilience, with all ticket proceeds supporting Hurricane Helene recovery efforts through the Community Foundation of North Carolina.
The 2025 honorees are Woody Platt and Buddy Melton for Fine Arts, Wiley Cash for Literature, Roy Williams and James Ferguson for Public Service, and Kathie Dello for Science.
