5th Annual Forks of the River Fly Fishing & Music Festival

We’re thrilled to announce that the Fifth Annual Forks of the River Fly Fishing & Music Festival is set for March 6th & 7th, 2026 at Deerwoode Reserve in Brevard, NC!

This two-day celebration brings together anglers, outdoor enthusiasts, and music lovers on the banks of the French Broad River for a weekend of fly fishing, fellowship, and fun. Expect live bluegrass music, local craft beer, fly tying and casting clinics, educational seminars, vendors, food trucks, kid’s activities, and much more.

Hosted by Headwaters Outfitters and Davidson River Outfitters, the Forks of the River Festival has become one of Western North Carolina’s premier gatherings for the fly fishing community — and this year’s fifth anniversary promises to be our best yet.
