Producing Colebrook Road’s Upcoming Album

Woody Platt is currently producing the forthcoming studio album from progressive bluegrass band Colebrook Road, set for release in 2025. Known for their crisp harmonies, heartfelt songwriting, and genre-blending arrangements, Colebrook Road has quickly become one of the most respected voices in modern bluegrass—and this new project promises to be their most compelling to date.

This marks Woody’s first time producing a full-length record for the band, though it’s not their first collaboration. He was featured on their 2022 single “As You Do,” a warmly melodic track that paired Platt’s signature baritone with Colebrook Road’s dynamic acoustic sound.

“It’s been a joy to get more deeply involved with this group,” says Platt. “Their musicianship is top-tier, and they’re writing songs with real meaning. This album is about trusting instincts, taking musical risks, and staying honest in the process.”

The project is currently in production and will include a blend of new material that pushes the boundaries of traditional bluegrass while maintaining the band’s roots-first foundation.

A release date and first single will be announced in 2025.
